We will transfer your website(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost information and undesired downtime. That’s why we will do all that for you at no cost!We have highly skilled administrators whose main task is to make sure that your site functions exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known web apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time frame, since there are many factors, among them the size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our best to transfer your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the website content is not very large).

A: Yup. We’ll need the name of the web site that you’d like us to move. We will also require a means to log in to your old hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your web site.

A: Before we can start the migration of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose basically the same details you have provided to your present hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate info is tackled.

A: Nope. Your web site will stay accessible online during the transfer. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we will inform you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything’s fine, all you will need to do is edit your domain name’s DNS resource records.
